Two ways to start.

Book a 30-minute intro call and I will scope the work with you — or, if you already know your books need fixing, reserve your onboarding with a deposit and skip the call entirely. Either way, the scope and the fee are set in writing before any work begins.

Why there is a setup step

Most practices do not start with clean books.

Personal and business spending are mixed. A few months are unreconciled. The chart of accounts was never built for a practice. The setup project fixes that once, so the monthly fee after it stays predictable — no surprise hourly cleanup bills later.

If you skip the call

Three steps, start to close.

1

Reserve your onboarding

Pay the onboarding deposit below. It holds your slot and is credited to your one-time setup fee.

2

Intake & engagement letter

You get a short written intake questionnaire and the engagement letter to sign electronically. Everything is agreed in writing before any work starts.

3

Setup, then the monthly rhythm

I reconcile prior months to a clean baseline, confirm your flat setup fee, and we start the monthly close — reports by day 15.

Reserve onboarding

Onboarding deposit

One-time, credited to your setup fee.

$250

Monthly fee after setup: from $250 / $500 / $800 depending on your plan.

Pay $250 and start

Paying reserves your onboarding slot. Billable work begins once the engagement letter is signed — I email it within one business day. The deposit is credited against your setup fee, and the remaining balance is confirmed in writing before work starts.
